Message :The amount of money he had in the car and a starting $11,500 no reserve. That is a lot of car for what he was asking. Usually there are reserves on something like that. (I also remember seeing the car in E-bay months before and I have seen in the past where scammers duplicate an original ad and repost it.) I tried a couple times to call the guy at the phone # he posted and got this weird automated message. He never returned my call / e-mail and stated in one of my e-mails that he didn't have long distance to return my call. But then a few things led me to believe maybe it was legit, which is why I attempted to contact him. I'm glad everything worked out for you. I'm in Canada and it would have been a really hard choice to make for me unless I flew down first to check it out.

I see what you're saying. What you need to also understand is it's a high mileage (145k) car, albeit w/ a freshly rebuilt engine, so there are "bugs" with the car that I have to work out like the hesitation and such. So it's not like I got this perfect show quality car in perfect running condition for 15k, it still needs a little "fine tuning" and dyno tuning. Plus I spend close to 600 bucks on the leather seats and the new floormats.

04 Subaru STi: Many, many mods 420whp 93 oct+meth 22psi
92 300zx TT: Also many mods too-pending tune, but betting 500+whp with methanol injection.
